How can we help?
Answers to the questions agencies ask most. Can’t find yours? Ask us.
Getting started
Your workspace invite, each creator's logo and colors, and one thing worth giving away, such as a checklist, template or guide. We set up the first creator with you on your onboarding call.
Open Creators and choose Add creator. Give them a name, then fill in their brand profile: logo, colors and type. Every page you launch for them inherits it.
Open Settings, then Team, and invite colleagues by email. The number of seats depends on your plan: 1 on Individual, 2 on Studio, 5 on Agency and unlimited on Pro.
Lead pages and lead magnets
Anything a creator's audience would trade an email for: a PDF guide, a checklist, a template, a spreadsheet, a Notion page or a link to a private resource. Upload the file or paste a link.
Name and email, with a consent checkbox. We keep it to two fields on purpose: every extra field is another reason for a visitor to leave.
Every page gets an address on jeruo.com, such as alex.jeruo.com/guide. You can connect the creator's own domain instead from their brand profile.
They see a thank-you message and get the lead magnet right away, as a download or a link. The lead appears in jeruo immediately, with its source attached.
Links, UTMs and QR codes
Every link points at a lead page and carries a source and a label, such as YouTube and the title of the video. When a visitor arrives through it, jeruo records that source against the visit and any lead it produces.
Yes. One link per placement is what lets jeruo tell you which video, post or newsletter produced each lead. Links, UTMs and QR codes are included on every plan.
Yes, as PNG or SVG, styled in the creator's colors. A QR code is tracked like any other link, so scans that become leads are counted against it.
Yes. jeruo adds consistent UTM parameters to every link it generates, so the same naming shows up in any other analytics tool you use.
Analytics and reports
Leads divided by visitors, where a visitor is someone who opened a lead page. You can see it for any creator, lead magnet, source or date range.
Yes. The Creators screen lists every creator with visitors, leads and conversion rate, and you can sort by any column.
On Agency and Pro plans, jeruo builds a monthly report for each creator, in their brand, from the same data as your dashboard. Send it automatically on the 1st or share it yourself.
Yes, on Agency and Pro plans. You send each creator a private link to a read-only dashboard with only their own numbers: visitors, leads, sources, top placements and, with revenue attribution, revenue. You can revoke the link at any time.
Integrations and exports
Email platforms such as Kit, Mailchimp, Beehiiv and HubSpot, and file tools such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion and Canva. If yours is missing, tell us through the contact form.
Open Lead export, filter by creator, source and date, choose your columns and download CSV, XLSX or JSON. You can also have the same export emailed weekly or monthly, and send each new lead straight to Kit, Mailchimp, Beehiiv, HubSpot or a webhook.
You do. Every lead is yours and can be exported at any time, including for 30 days after your subscription ends. Our terms have the details.
Account and billing
No. Every plan is paid from day one. Book a 20-minute demo on your own creators' numbers to see exactly what you would get first.
Plans are billed monthly or yearly, in US dollars. Paying yearly costs about 17% less than paying monthly.
Yes, at any time. On Studio, Agency and Pro you can also add creators or team members for $10 a month each. If you go over a limit, we will ask you to add more or move up a plan, and your pages keep capturing leads in the meantime.
Contact us from the email address on your account and your plan will end at the close of the current billing period. Export your leads first, or ask us for a full export.
Ask us from the email address on the account. We delete your workspace and its leads within 30 days, after giving you the chance to export them.
